About Us and Contact us
Color guard.
"Color guard means spending every waking hour trying to improve each toss, becoming more emotional, and over all making yourself a dazzling performer. It is hearing your guard instructor yell at you "Change something! Free arms! Again! Technique!" and knowing it is out of love. It is about loving what you do, with the people you love: your guard family. It is being everything you want to be in that moment when your on the floor, ready to show the world what you are made of. It is our life, it is our love, it is our family, this is us... "
My name is Deb Cassidy and I am a senior and the section leader of the color guard of 2016. When I was taking my interview I remember my guard instructor ask me "How would you be different them any other section leader?". My answer was simple, help people to get better. Along with helping the flag line this year I would like to make a Middle School Color Guard to try and improve our guard from where it is now.
